Sunday October 2nd, 2016, from 9A.M. to 11A.M., and a celebration of his life will follow at 11AM.
Passed away at CHUS Fleurimont de Sherbrooke, on September 21st, 2016, at the age of 71, resident of Farnham, Qc.
He leaves to mourn his daughters: Liane (Donald), Mona (René) and Nadine (Mike), his grandchildren : Byron (Ismat), Jordan (Becky), Kayn, Nolan, Véronique, Angélique, Xavier and Curtis, his great grandchildren : Brianna, Benjamin, Miley and Jacob, his brothers and sisters: Réjeanne (Charles), Philippe (Jeannine), Gaëtanne, Alfred and Jean-Pierre (Lise), his nieces and nephews as well as many friends and other relatives.
He was predeceased by his sister Georgette and brothers Henri-Georges and François.
The family would like to express their extreme appreciation to all the doctors and staff of the CHUS Fleurimont for the excellent care and concern rendered to Mr. Boulet and family.
