Visitations will take place at the:
BROME-MISSISQUOI Funeral Complex 215, rue Rivière, Bedford, Qc. 450-248.2911
Friday, February 2, 2018, at 1 pm.
The funeral will follow at the Complex at 2pm, followed by the interment at the Philipsburg Cemetery.
There will be a Celebration of Life in the summer for friends and family who are unable to join at this time.
Passed away peacefully at the Centre d’accueil of Cowansville, on January 31, 2018, at the age of 96. She was the daughter of the late James Smith and of the late Mary Gough.
She is survived by her brother Stanley (Vivian) of Halifax. She is predeceased by her brothers James, Leslie, Sidney, Harold, Arthur and Patrick and sisters Theresa and Evelyn. She was loved by her many nieces and nephews, as well as many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

Going to Philipsburg to me meant visiting my relatives, particularly my Aunts Marion and Evelyn. These two women were professionals in their field and an inspiration for me. Christmas and summer vacation bring back fond memories of times together. My life has changed without her.

We miss Aunt Marion. She was a good daughter and a good aunt, Very clever and very kind. We pray she is now with her parents, our father Leslie, and her other brothers and sisters.
