1924-2018

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Ste-Croix Church, 3930 Rue Principale, Dunham, QC J0E 1M0.

Passed away peacefully at the BMP Hospital in Cowansville, on May 30, 2018, at the age of 93, loving husband of Mrs. Alberta Pauline Oel St-Pierre, resident of Frelighsburg, QC.

Mourned by his children,  Denise, Noël, L. Christian (In Sun), Claire (Tom), Martin (Alicia) and Michèle (Kim); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Mathieu, Rachel, Sara, Christopher, Daniela, Marco, Michèle, Juliette, Benjamin and Daniel; his 5 great grandchildren; his brothers and sisters, Paul, Vincent ( Lyla), Jeannine (Jack) and Camille, his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, June, Connie (Joe), Adam (Lorna) and Marilyn; his nieces and nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

Mr. St-Pierre was the father of the late Jerome (Victoria).

He will be remembered by his graduate students and colleagues of McGill University, many of whom were welcomed as members of the family.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the emergency services and to all the staff of the BMP Hospital for their excellent care.
