After 95 years, Dad?s heart gave up on him December 15th 2017?A proud World War II veteran and great Dad that only wanted the best for his children. A leap of faith lead him to cross the ocean in 1946 to work on a Duck Farm at Brome Lake. In 1947, Mom and Dad met at a dance at the Polish Home (Dom Polski) and married a year later. He worked tirelessly for 37 years while Mom managed the finances. Together, they gave my siblings and I an outstanding start in life. Tatu! Dzi?kuj? ci bardzo for your love, sacrifices and devotion that made me the person I am today. I know that you were not only proud of me but also with Natalie, Nicolas, Nessa and Johanne. I am so touched that I was able to make you feel that way and it is comforting that it gave you joy and happiness right up to the last day. I am fortunate that you are joining Mom as my Guardian Angel both of you are a strong presence of good. I love you dearly!
